Hello,
I guess I should start by introducing myself; My name is Áine (pronounced 'Onya') which is Irish from 'Ann'.
I am 25 years old, Irish and I lived in the North near Belfast until I was 12 years old; I then moved to Wales for 2 years and eventually made my way to England when I was 14.
My aim with this blog is to talk about all things lifestyle, taboo subjects, politics, and anything else I feel is interesting or important to me. I also want to spread awareness of mental health and how important it is, especially in today's society. Mental health has played a big part in my life; I want to help people learn more about how to get help, my experience with services, and just generally open up the topic about mental health.
I hope this blog is both useful and interesting.
